The goal is to give you ideas for wholesome exercises to do before class or competition on your own. If you are a coach you also get a breakdown of techniques you can use in your classes.
This product includes techniques done solo, across the mat, jiu jitsu drills to do with your partner and some more advanced acrobatics. In short, there's something in there for everyone. If you are a beginner we recommend starting with the animal movements across the mat.
